Rates (in US currency):
Pool heating: $30/day *rates subject to 12% Florida lodging tax Booking Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 90 days prior to your arrival with full refund. Cancellations received between 60 and 90 days prior to your arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A registration form authorizing us to charge a minimum of $250 in damages to your credit card must be completed and returned to our office before complete property details are given out. NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE TO YOUR CARD PROVIDED NO DAMAGES ARE MADE TO THE PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY DAMAGES PRIOR TO ANY CHARGES BEING MADE.
